How Real Estate is Sold

The Seller pays the Agency Fee for Selling, Marketing, and Professional Expertise . The fee is typically split between the Buyer's Agent and Seller's Agent.  If the fee were 5 apples then typically 2.5 apples goes to sellers' side of transaction and 2.5 apples goes to buyers' side of transaction. Then the Buyer and Seller Agents split that with their Broker(s)
